Job summary

Safeguard Global is seeking a proactive Credit Controller to manage customer accounts receivable, follow up on overdue payments, and support healthy cash flow. If you enjoy analysing data, resolving payment challenges, and building effective customer relationships, this role is for you!

You will prioritize timely collections, investigate delays, and maintain accurate records while working with global teams in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
• Proactively contact customers regarding overdue balances and follow up on payment commitments.
• Investigate payment delays, identify discrepancies, and resolve account-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities, customer communications, and promised payment dates.
• Monitor account statuses and schedule follow-ups to minimise overdue debts.
• Apply established credit control procedures while balancing customer relationships with collection targets.
