We seek a corporate solicitor with 4+ PQE in corporate law, strong technology and AI focus, to join as a Partner and lead business development while maintaining client relationships in a fully remote UK setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE in corporate law, specialising in Technology & AI law.
• Strong technical drafting and advocacy skills.
• Comfortable generating work through existing contacts and business development initiatives.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following.
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment.

Responsibilities
