Qualifications

• 4 years’+ PQE in corporate law.
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills.
• Able to generate work through contacts and BD initiatives.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and able to grow a client following.
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment.

Responsibilities

• Work as a Partner across a broad range of complex corporate matters.
• Participate in business development and client growth.
• Manage client relationships and fee arrangements.
