Partners operate on a fee-share basis, retaining 75%–85% of fees billed while receiving administrative, compliance, technology and operational support.

Qualifications

• Experienced corporate lawyer with broad experience in corporate transactions and advisory matters.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial and motivated to build a personal client following.
• Comfortable generating work through existing contacts, referrals and business development.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients across a broad range of corporate matters and manage client relationships.
• Deliver high-quality legal advice and contribute to business development.
• Develop your own client following and generate additional work through your network.
