Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE in corporate law.
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills.
• Able to generate work through contacts and BD initiatives.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and able to grow own client following.
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a Partner, taking lead on client relationships and business development.
• Draft and negotiate complex corporate matters with commercial acumen.
• Develop and leverage your own client following within flexible hours.
