Qualifications

• Preferred accounting background (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
• Financial due diligence or transaction services experience desired.
• Strong financial analysis and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Build detailed financial data books for acquisition targets.
• Assist in preparing board papers and acquisition approval materials.
• Interact with target acquisitions for needed information.
• Support financial due diligence and liaise with external advisers.
• Assist in deal execution and post-acquisition integration.
