Qualifications

• Experience drafting, negotiating and administering complex contracts.
• Track record managing contract lifecycles and supplier relationships.
• Ability to interpret legal documents and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a central contract register with visibility of commitments, dates and risks.
• Manage contracts from award to expiry, plan renewals and exits.
• Monitor supplier performance and advise on renewal options and cost savings.
• Review agreements for compliance with legislation and policy.
• Support tenders and quotations to demonstrate value for money.
• Analyse spending to identify trends and opportunities.
