Get Recruited is recruiting a Contracts & Procurement Manager for a Surrey-based education organisation. The role offers a 36-hour week with home working and an enhanced pension scheme, reporting to the Head of Procurement and collaborating with finance teams and suppliers.

You will manage the contract register, oversee lifecycles, monitor supplier performance and provide practical procurement guidance to budget holders and schools.

Formación

• Experience drafting, negotiating and administering complex contracts.
• Track record managing contract lifecycles and supplier relationships.
• Ability to interpret legal documents and maintain accurate records.
• Strong communication and proactive issue resolution skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain an accurate central contract register with visibility of commitments, dates and risks.
• Manage contracts from award through expiry or termination; plan renewals and exits.
• Monitor supplier performance and advise on renewal options and cost-effective purchasing.
• Review agreements for compliance with legislation, education-sector requirements and internal policies.
• Support tenders and quotations; evaluate options to demonstrate value for money.
• Maintain procurement records and analyse spending to identify trends and improvements.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and create records in Sage Intacct.
• Resolve queries, train colleagues on contract responsibilities and supplier management.
• Travel to school sites and meetings as required.
