Qualifications

• Experience drafting, negotiating and administering complex contracts.
• Track record managing contract lifecycles and supplier relationships.
• Ability to interpret legal documents and explain requirements clearly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain central contract register with visibility on commitments, dates and risks.
• Manage contracts from award through expiry or termination and plan renewals.
• Monitor supplier performance and advise on renewals and options.
• Review agreements for compliance with legislation and policies.
• Support tenders and evaluations to demonstrate value for money.
• Analyse spending to identify trends and opportunities to improve purchasing decisions.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and records in Sage Intacct.
• Resolve queries and train colleagues on contract responsibilities.
• Travel to organisational sites for meetings and site visits.
