Get Recruited is recruiting on behalf of an education organisation in Surrey for a Contracts & Procurement Manager. The role owns the contract register, strengthens supplier performance and helps schools get better value from spending.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting, negotiating and administering complex contracts.
• Experience managing contract lifecycles and supplier relationships.
• Ability to interpret legal documents and maintain accurate records.
• Degree or equivalent experience in law, business or procurement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain central contract register with visibility of commitments, dates and risks.
• Manage contracts from award to expiry or termination; plan renewals and exits.
• Monitor supplier performance and advise on renewals and options.
• Review agreements for compliance with legislation and policies.
• Support tenders and quotations across categories to show value for money.
• Maintain procurement records and analyze spending trends.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and create supplier records in Sage Intacct.
• Resolve queries and train colleagues on contract responsibilities.
• Travel to meetings and site visits with school and shared-service colleagues.
