Job summary

Get Recruited UK Ltd is recruiting for a Contracts & Procurement Manager in Surrey. The role owns the contract register, improves supplier performance, and helps schools obtain better value. Home working is available; the role is 36 hours per week with an enhanced pension.

The person will manage contract lifecycles, advise budget holders, and coordinate procurement across categories. A degree in law/business/procurement is preferred; CIPS/IACCM certification is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting, negotiating and administering complex contracts.
• Track record managing contract lifecycles and supplier relationships.
• Ability to interpret legal documents and explain requirements clearly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain central contract register and track key dates and risks.
• Manage contracts from award through expiry or termination; plan renewals.
• Monitor supplier performance and advise on renewals and options.
• Review agreements for compliance with legislation and policies.
• Support tenders and evaluate options for value for money.
