Job summary

KPS Life is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) to join our sponsor team on a fixed-term contract. This remote role requires oversight of study startup, conduct, close-out, and vendor management, ensuring compliance with GCP, ICH and regulatory standards.

The CTM will manage budgets, timelines, risk and stakeholder communications, develop standardized study processes, and ensure proper filing in eTMF and paper TMF.

Qualifications

• BS degree in biology, allied health, nursing or related life science preferred.
• 5+ years related experience in clinical study execution.
• Experience leading a study or significant participation on study team through major milestones.
• Experience planning study design for pre and/or post market trials.
• Experience managing CROs and other external providers.
• System experience preferred: CTMS, eDC, eTMF.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of the execution and adherence of the study operational plan (start up, conduct, close-out) with input from stakeholders and regulatory requirements.
• Oversight of monitoring assigned study operational plan.
• Managing study budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation.
• Process input from stakeholders and communicate to the clinical team as appropriate.
• Support development and application of standardized operational study processes and metrics.
• Filing of clinical trial documentation in eTMF and paper TMF as assigned.
