Worldwide Clinical Trials Limited is seeking a Clinical Data Manager to lead data management activities across global trials from start-up to close-out. You will coordinate resources, develop essential trial documentation, and ensure data quality and timely delivery.

The role requires 3+ years in clinical data management, strong English, and deep knowledge of trial documents and CDMS tools. Remote work options available for UK and other countries, with emphasis on cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in biomedical sciences, life sciences, computer science, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical data management or a related role within pharma/biotech/medical devices.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong knowledge of clinical data management best practices and technologies used in clinical trials.
• Understanding of trial processes and key study documents (protocols, CRFs, SAPs, study reports).
• Excellent attention to detail and data quality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead data management activities across multiple complex global clinical trials from start-up through study close-out.
• Coordinate resources and priorities to ensure data management deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain trial documentation (data management plans, database specs, edit checks, CRFs, DTAs).
• Oversee UAT activities to ensure accurate database functionality.
• Manage external vendor reconciliation specifications and outputs across data sources.
• Drive data cleaning to maintain data quality and readiness for analysis.
• Produce and communicate study metrics to monitor progress and inform decisions.
• Collaborate with sponsors, vendors, and internal stakeholders in project meetings.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in data management practices.
