In This Position, You Will

• Perform contract management tasks on low to medium complexity projects
• Lead negotiations for low to medium complexity projects with moderate to high management support
• Develop and review Agreements including Master Services Agreements (Client or Labcorp template)
• Develop and apply knowledge of Labcorp and key standard contract provisions to insure proper contract terms for all types of studies
• Follow up on outstanding contract issues for resolution to meet internal and external deadlines and to minimize business and legal risk
• Serve as contract management lead for strategic accounts
• Work cross-functionally with Contract Management, Legal, Proposal Management, Finance, Commercial Development and Sales teams to resolve contract issues in a timely manner
• Assist management and subject matter experts (SME) in maintaining harmonized contract processes and client relationships
• Support and update all applicable systems as assigned (e.g. Salesforce, CMS, contracts database, etc.) to provide accurate and up-to-date information on contract status and details in a timely manner

To Be Successful In This Role You Will

• Have experience in contract management, ideally within the pharmaceutical or CRO Industry
• Have previous experience in effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and ability to be persistent while maintaining professionalism
• Be able to demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Possess strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Have exemplary working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and hold excellent written and oral communication skills
