Job summary

PolyGrants Ltd is hiring a full-time public communications specialist. The role is fully remote with hours agreed with your team in the UK time zone.

You will produce clear content in French and English, collect consented student stories and respond to questions on social channels, ensuring consistency and trust as our platform grows. You will keep site copy accurate as programmes and dates change and help shape the public voice.

Qualifications

• Bilingual writing skills in French and English.
• Experience with social media management.
• Ability to judge what we can say and what we must not promise.

Responsibilities

• Create content in French and English about the process, destinations and deadlines.
• Collect and publish consented student stories and results.
• Answer public questions on social channels accurately, escalating case questions to advisers.
• Keep site copy accurate as programmes and dates change.
