Job summary

Kingsley Wood is seeking an experienced restructuring and insolvency lawyer to join as a Consultant Partner, enabling you to build and run your own practice with autonomy and Kingsley Wood’s full support. There is no fixed salary.

Earnings come from a fee-share of 75%–85% of the fees you bill, with admin, compliance and technology infrastructure provided to help you grow a sustainable practice and client following.

Qualifications

• 4 years’+ PQE in restructuring and/or insolvency
• Strong experience advising businesses, directors, creditors, lenders or other stakeholders on restructuring and insolvency matters
• Comfortable generating work through existing contacts, referrals and business development initiatives
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial and motivated to build their own client following
• Wants greater control over career, working arrangements and earning potential
• Comfortable working within a fee-share consultancy model

Responsibilities

• Build and develop your own restructuring and insolvency practice with Kingsley Wood
• Develop and manage client relationships and business development activity
• Generate work through your network and referrals while benefiting from the fee-share model
• Leverage Kingsley Wood’s infrastructure, technology, compliance and support to grow your practice
