Job summary

Crown Commercial Service in Birmingham seeks a Consultancy Transformation & Operations Lead to drive the internal operational engine of the Complex Transactions Team (CTT). You will design and embed business systems, govern information assets and lead change adoption across consultancy practice.

Lead on dashboards, governance of commercial benefits, and development of knowledge repositories and delivery methodologies to ensure high-quality, repeatable client outcomes within the public sector.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing internal operations, practice enablement, knowledge repositories, or business systems.
• Proven ability to track, assure and validate commercial savings or cost avoidance with senior sign-off.
• Hands-on design, implementation and embedding of operational workflow software, dashboards or CRM/ERP.
• Strong communications experience with ability to build awareness and influence stakeholders.
• Understanding of information asset management, data protection and security compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and enhancement of internal business systems and operational tools.
• Embed continuous improvement culture and simplify complex workflows.
• Deliver training, support change management and ensure data integrity across teams.
• Develop real-time dashboards for utilisation, pipeline tracking and delivery milestones.
• Manage information asset governance and access permissions within CTT.
• Track and report commercial savings and cost avoidance across engagements.
• Support development of CTT’s sales pipeline and market engagement.
• Curate knowledge repository and maintain standard toolkits and playbooks.
