Job summary

IBM Consulting in the UK is recruiting a Business Change & Transformation Consultant to help clients navigate organisational, operational and technology-enabled change across complex environments.

You will work with stakeholders and delivery teams to shape transformation outcomes, embed new processes and technologies, and ensure adoption of new ways of working, with opportunities to grow within National Security and broader public sector assignments.

Qualifications

• Experience across organisational and digital change initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
• Background in business analysis and transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver business and digital transformation initiatives across client engagements.
• Assess organisational impacts from technology, process and operating model change.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Develop and execute change, communications and adoption plans.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across business, operational and technical communities.
• Translate programme objectives into practical change activities.
• Support organisational readiness, training and adoption activities.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies relating to business change and transformation.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Programme Managers, Business Analysts and technical delivery teams.
• Contribute to governance, reporting and stakeholder decision‑making activities.
• Track and measure readiness, adoption and business outcomes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and the development of change management best practices.
