Job summary

Trimble is seeking a Software Consultant to lead digital transformation for construction projects in the UK. You will own lifecycles, tailor Viewpoint for Projects, and train teams both remotely and onsite, helping Partners modernise workflows from £1m to £100m builds.

Qualifications

• Educational background or hands-on experience in construction, civil engineering, architecture, quantity surveying, or project management.
• Proven success managing complex, multi‑stakeholder projects with a strong commitment to outstanding outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• A self‑starter mindset with strong organisation and time management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Tailor and deploy Viewpoint and Projectsight to meet client needs across construction projects.
• Manage end-to-end client onboarding, system setup, and process mapping with clear documentation.
• Deliver engaging remote and onsite training sessions that empower teams to maximise software adoption.
• Cultivate lasting partner relationships and act as a client advocate and trusted advisor.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget using a consultative approach.
