ProScope is seeking a Solutions Consultant to leverage construction ERP and project delivery expertise across pre-sales, implementation, and advisory services. You will translate client needs into tailored NetSuite-based solutions and support successful adoption to maximise platform value.

Qualifications

• Experience with construction ERP or project-based software in a pre-sales, implementation, support, or consulting role.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and collaborate with sales teams throughout the pre-sales cycle.
• Commitment to continuous learning and keeping up to date with product developments and industry trends.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate solution design, configuration, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs and present platform as the preferred solution.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and design solutions that address customer requirements.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals, estimates, and statements of work.
• Build trusted client relationships throughout the pre-sales process.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure successful solution design and handover.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to support product improvement.
• Maintain expert knowledge of the platform, industry trends, and emerging technologies to deliver high-quality, value-driven solutions.
