Job summary

Quilter plc is seeking a Remote Competency Assessor to evaluate adviser competencies using our in-house systems. The role requires delivering coaching, ensuring adherence to Treating Customers Fairly, and escalating risks to governance.

You will conduct adviser reviews, prepare reports, and support senior management with continuous improvement across SMCR controls. Candidates should hold a Level 4 Diploma or higher, be comfortable with MS Office, and work independently in a fully remote capacity

Qualifications
