Job summary

Making Space is hiring a Community Services Lead to oversee the strategic and operational management of community services across several regions. This home-based role requires frequent travel and access to your own transport.

You will lead Service Managers and Team Leaders, build relationships with commissioners and stakeholders, and drive budgets and outcomes reporting as part of a values-based charity serving Cheshire West and Chester and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 5 Management qualification in Health and Social Care, or willingness to achieve it within an agreed timeframe.
• Experience leading teams in health or social care is essential.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Budget management and reporting experience.
• Relationship-building with commissioners, partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with commissioners, partners and stakeholders.
• Support new business growth and client retention.
