Placements24 is seeking a proactive Community Outreach Specialist for a fully remote role in the United Kingdom. You will design and implement outreach strategies to engage underserved populations, build partnerships with community organizations, and raise awareness of available services.

In this role you will track KPIs, organize virtual events, develop outreach materials, and adapt messaging for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Work, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in community outreach, marketing, or public relations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive community outreach strategies to engage target demographics.
• Identify and cultivate partnerships with community organizations, local leaders, and stakeholders.
• Develop and distribute outreach materials (digital and physical) to raise awareness of services and programs.
• Organize and facilitate virtual or in-person outreach events and information sessions.
• Track and report on outreach activities, key performance indicators, and outcomes.
• Gather feedback from the community to inform program development and service delivery.
