The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least two years in program coordination, and strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in program coordination, project management, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software and virtual collaboration tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the operational logistics of community programs, including scheduling, resource allocation, and vendor management.
• Assist program managers in tracking project milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
• Facilitate communication among program staff, participants, and community stakeholders via virtual channels.
• Maintain program documentation, databases, and reporting systems.
• Support the planning and execution of virtual and in-person program events.
• Identify and address potential operational challenges to ensure program success.
