Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical UX Researcher to join their product team in a remote role within the United Kingdom. You will conduct a range of studies to understand user behaviors and translate findings into actionable insights for design and product development.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and engineers to embed user insights into the development lifecycle and advocate for user needs throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UX Researcher or similar role with a strong portfolio of research projects.
• Proficiency in a mix of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Experience with user research tools and data analysis techniques.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research studies (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability tests).
• Analyze research data to identify user pain points, needs, and opportunities for product improvement.
• Synthesize research findings into clear, compelling reports and actionable recommendations for design and product teams.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and engineers to integrate user insights into the product development lifecycle.
• Advocate for the user throughout the design process, ensuring products are intuitive, accessible, and meet user expectations.
