ADVANZ PHARMA seeks a Commercial Manager CEE/CIS in a remote role with UK/Spain options, focusing on driving growth across Central and Eastern Europe and CIS markets. You will lead product launches, partner integrations and regional optimisation projects, coordinating with Commercial, Supply Chain, Regulatory and Market Access teams to deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

The role offers exposure to pricing, reimbursement, and launch excellence while collaborating with distribution partners

Qualifications

• Experience in Rx pharmaceutical industry
• Experience delivering cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives
• Strong commercial and analytical capability including market analysis and forecasting
• Ability to influence and coordinate stakeholders across countries and functions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• Strong organisational and project management skills with multiple priorities

Responsabilités

• Deliver product launches and regional optimisation projects across CEE/CIS markets.
• Own commercial deliverables and ensure initiatives are executed on time.
• Develop business cases, implementation plans and launch readiness frameworks.
• Coordinate internal functions and external partners to drive projects.
• Manage activities around launches, integrations and portfolio transitions.
• Build relationships with distribution partners and support performance reviews.
• Identify opportunities to improve pricing, reimbursement and portfolio performance.
• Monitor milestones and KPIs with proactive risk management.
• Provide market insights and recommendations from performance data.
