Job summary

Axiom is seeking Paralegals and Contract Managers to work with clients across industries. You will draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, including services, licensing, software development, SaaS, SLAs, e-commerce and NDAs.

You will manage contracts through their lifecycle, coordinate with legal, sales, procurement and business teams, and handle multiple time-sensitive priorities. UK right to work is required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering/drafting/negotiating commercial contracts.
• Strong ability to review, draft and manage contracts and prefer independent work.
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must have legal right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and support delivery of commercial contracts.
• Support services and licensing, software contracts, SaaS and NDAs.
• Manage contracts throughout their lifecycle including tracking and administration.
• Collaborate with legal, sales, procurement and business teams.
