Job summary
Axiom is seeking Employment Lawyers to support clients across UK, EMEA, and international matters on complex employment law issues. You will advise on contentious and non-contentious UK employment matters, handle workplace investigations and terminations, and collaborate with HR and senior stakeholders on cross-border issues.
You will draft and negotiate employment contracts, settlement and TUPE documentation.
Qualifications
- Qualified lawyer eligible to practise in the UK.
- Experience advising on UK employment law matters including employee relations and investigations.
- Experience supporting corporations, in-house legal teams, HR teams or senior stakeholders on complex issues.
- Exposure to EMEA or international employment law, cross-border advisory work, TUPE, discrimination, whistleblowing.
Responsibilities
- Advise on contentious and non-contentious UK employment matters including performance and settlements.
- Support workplace investigations, whistleblowing, misconduct, and complex terminations.
- Partner with HR and senior stakeholders on cross-border employment issues across EMEA and beyond.
- Draft, review and negotiate employment contracts, settlement agreements, retention and TUPE documents.
