Axiom is seeking Commercial Lawyers to work with a variety of clients across industries, drafting, reviewing and negotiating supplier, customer, services, licensing and confidentiality agreements.

You will provide practical, commercially focused legal advice on contractual risk, collaborate with sales, procurement, finance and other teams, and support contract lifecycle management. The role offers remote, onsite or hybrid work depending on client requirements.

• Qualified lawyer with commercial-contracts experience gained in private practice, in-house or on secondment.
• Strong drafting, review, negotiation and advisory skills across a range of commercial agreements.
• Commercially minded, collaborative and able to communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders.

We are currently seeking Commercial Lawyers to work with a variety of Axiom clients across a broad range of industries.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Qualified lawyer eligible to practise in the UK, with relevant commercial-contracts experience gained in private practice, in-house or on secondment.
• Strong drafting, review, negotiation and advisory skills across a range of commercial agreements.
• Commercially minded, collaborative and able to communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Right to work in the UK without requiring current or future visa sponsorship.
