Job summary

Axiom is seeking Commercial Technology Lawyers to advise on a broad range of technology contracts for clients across diverse industries. Qualifications

• Experience in commercial technology, technology transactions, product counselling, data privacy, IP, or technology regulatory matters.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, or negotiating technology-related agreements (SaaS, software licensing, cloud, vendor, digital services, technology development, or data-related contracts).
• Strong understanding of technology business models (software, SaaS, digital platforms, apps, cloud services, AI tools).
• Ability to provide practical, business-focused legal advice to cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial technology agreements (SaaS, licensing, cloud, development, vendor, data).
• Advise on technology transactions across software, platforms, digital products, AI-enabled tools, and cloud solutions.
• Provide guidance on IP, data protection, privacy, cybersecurity, AI, and platform regulation.
• Partner with product, engineering, procurement, sales, and business teams to support technology transactions and go-to-market strategies.
