Connect Fibre is seeking a proactive Commercial Administrator to support our sales function remotely. You will manage referral schemes, affiliate partnerships, switching processes, and events, working closely with the Head of Sales and the commercial team to keep operations efficient and error-free.

You'll excel at organisation, juggle multiple workstreams, and take pride in accuracy. Training will cover our products, processes, and best practices to build strong customer relationships and

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative or commercial support roles, ideally in telecoms/broadband or fast-paced subscription businesses.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and basic reporting; familiarity with a CRM is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Support One Touch Switching (OTS) and Buyout schemes administration.
• Manage affiliate sales administration and general sales administration tasks.
• Oversee referral voucher administration and related processes.
• Build rapport with customers and partners to deliver a great experience.
• Develop expertise in products and internal processes to support sales teams.
