Job summary

Climate Action is seeking a proactive Audience Acquisition role to engage senior stakeholders and grow a 120K+ sustainability professional network. You will drive targeted campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and CRM, manage registrations, and collaborate with marketing and events teams to optimise outreach and engagement.

The role offers hybrid working between WeWork Victoria offices and remote days, with a focus on high-quality attendee experiences for global events and COP-related activities.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level.
• Knowledge of sustainability and climate.
• Audience Acquisition experience desirable.
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office and LinkedIn.
• Proficient CRM skills and knowledge and understanding of event registration platforms.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Confident communications and influencing skills, especially on the telephone.
• Self-starter that can work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Execute targeted audience acquisition campaigns across email, LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and partner channels to drive qualified delegate registrations.
• Support planning and optimisation of multi-channel delegate acquisition campaigns using data insights to improve performance.
• Assist in managing the registration journey including invitations, RSVP tracking, confirmations, and pre-event engagement.
• Monitor campaign and registration performance against KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Segment and maintain delegate data within CRM systems for targeting and reporting.
• Create and schedule audience communications including invitations, reminders, and pre-event content.
• Track engagement metrics to refine outreach strategies.
