Job summary

Climate Impact Partners is seeking a PR Associate to help drive climate action by supporting our PR and communications functions, with a focus on social media, events and announcements.

You will work closely with the Director to maintain a consistent external presence, draft concise content, coordinate with teams, and help deliver high-impact external engagements in a hybrid London-based role.

Qualifications

• Strong writing skills for social and short-form content.
• 1–3 years' experience in PR, communications, digital marketing, events or related field.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and curiosity about sustainability and climate policy.

Responsibilities

• Run Climate Impact Partners’ corporate social channels daily (primarily LinkedIn).
• Draft posts aligned to editorial calendar and leadership needs.
• Ensure content accuracy and obtain director sign-off for sensitive items.
• Track performance with monthly reporting; identify insights and optimisation opportunities.
• Support executive social media activity and live event coverage.
• Lead live social coverage for events and milestones.
• Assist with external events logistics, speaker bios, and materials.
• Draft first versions of announcements and coordinate approvals.
• Maintain the editorial calendar for announcements and milestones.
• Draft and coordinate award entries and amplification.
