Monaco Solicitors (UK) is seeking an experienced New Client Relationship Manager to join our Client Care team. You will engage warm leads, understand client circumstances, explain services and engage with them on a no win no fee basis.

This role emphasizes consultative conversations, emotional intelligence and strong commercial performance. You will work remotely with inbound enquiries, maintain a structured CRM and guide prospects through onboarding to signed engagements, while upholding ethics

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in consultative sales, business development or client relationship management with substantial telephone engagement.
• Experience conducting complex conversations rather than scripted calls.
• Proven success converting prospective customers into paying clients and meeting targets.
• Exceptional emotional intelligence, active listening and adaptable communication skills.
• Confident handling of sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Strong objection-handling, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Commercial focus balanced with client-centric approach.
• Strong organisation and CRM/pipeline management skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact and follow up with warm leads generated through our website.
• Conduct in-depth telephone conversations to understand prospective clients' circumstances.
• Build trust with people in challenging or sensitive situations.
• Explain services, engagement terms, fees and our working approach.
• Address questions confidently, professionally and empathetically.
• Manage prospective clients through onboarding and follow-up to signed engagements.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage a structured pipeline.
• Coordinate with colleagues to progress enquiries smoothly and provide timely information.
