• Client Communication: Provide professional, concise communication within Assetara workspace and approved tools.
• Concierge Support: Conduct scheduled client calls and assist with platform navigation while adhering to compliance limits.
• Queue & SLA Management: Prioritize unread threads, ensure SLA discipline, outreach within guidelines.
• CRM Administration: Maintain accurate client notes and avoid unnecessary personal data.
• Escalation & Compliance: Identify red flags and escalate according to compliance rules.
