Personal Group is seeking a Client Operations Control Executive to join our control function in a pivotal support role. You will work with the Control Manager to provide administrative and operational support across Client Operations and Sales, ensuring activities are delivered accurately and efficiently.

The role involves coordinating requests from the Sales team, planning client engagement visits, making outbound calls, and assisting with performance reporting and data gathering.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in administrative or coordination work.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or client-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Control Manager.
• Coordinate and manage requests from the Sales team, ensuring they are recorded and progressed.
