• Queue & SLA Management: prioritize unread threads, maintain SLA discipline, proactive client outreach.
• CRM Administration: keep client notes accurate, timely and compliant, avoiding unnecessary personal data.
• Escalation & Compliance: identify red flags or incidents and elevate them per rules.
