Job summary

agentOS, Cardiff-based software team, is hiring a Client Accounts Administrator. This role is remote (UK) with optional on-site access at the Cardiff office, 37 hours per week, and a salary of £25,000–£26,000.

You will reconcile client bank statements in agentOS, process payments, chase arrears, and prepare client statements for month-end, learning our platform as you go. Training is provided; no prior accounts experience required.

Qualifications

• No accounts or lettings experience required; training provided.
• Must be good with numbers and detail-oriented.
• Able to stay calm and clear on calls and email.
• Capable of meeting deadlines, especially month-end.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile client bank statements in agentOS.
• Process client payments and invoices.
• Chase outstanding arrears by phone, email or letter.
• Prepare client statements and assist month-end processes.
• Train clients on agentOS usage.
