Job summary

Volaris Group, through its agentOS platform, is seeking a Client Accounts Administrator in the UK. The role is remote (UK) with access to the Cardiff office as needed, full-time 37 hours per week, salary £25,000 to £26,000.

No prior accounts or lettings experience is required; training will be provided. The role focuses on reconciling accounts, processing payments, chasing arrears, and supporting clients at month-end.

Qualifications

• No accounts or lettings experience needed.
• If you're good with numbers, careful with detail and calm on the phone, we'll train you.
• Comfortable with deadlines and month-end processes.
• Willing to learn new software and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile client bank statements in agentOS.
• Process client payments, including invoices and payments to HMRC and Deposit Protection Service.
• Chase outstanding arrears by phone, email, text and letter.
• Prepare client statements and assist with month-end.
• Help clients stay compliant and flag risks.
• Train clients on agentOS and set up new accounts.
• Monitor client accounts and address issues proactively.
