Qualifications

• Experience in a claims environment, ideally property claims.
• Excellent communication skills: you’ll speak with and write to policyholders, insurers, contractors, and more.
• Commitment to work towards the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters Cert CILA qualification.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the claims process as the first point of contact.
• Support the Loss Adjuster throughout handling of claims.
• Explain complex details clearly to claimants and negotiate settlements where appropriate.
