You will mitigate risk across sectors and ensure effective handover to the Principal Contractor, leveraging ARB/RIBA registration and strong communication skills to drive safe, compliant project delivery.

Qualifications

• ARB-registered or RIBA-registered Architect with design risk experience.
• Interest in moving into CDM Principal Designer role.
• Strong understanding of CDM Regulations 2015.
