Brandon James Limited is seeking an Architect ready to move into a CDM Principal Designer role. You will lead project delivery across residential, commercial, retail, refurbishment, education and healthcare projects, using your architectural experience to eliminate risk early in design.

You must be ARB- or RIBA-registered with a strong grasp of design risk management and excellent communication to hand over to the Principal Contractor.

Qualifications

• ARB- or RIBA-registered Architect with knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015.
• Strong design risk management capability and proactive risk mitigation.
• Clear communication to ensure smooth handover to Principal Contractor.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery across sectors while mitigating design risk at early stages.
• Act as CDM Principal Designer and manage CDM-related tasks.
