Brandon James is seeking a CDM Principal Designer to lead CDM/HS compliance on Social Housing projects in London. The role requires handling complex stakeholder structures and guiding design-stage risk, with up to two site inspections per month.

The successful candidate will have at least 4 years in CDM/HS, with Social Housing client experience and a NEBOSH Construction certificate (or Level 3 equivalent). Membership with IOSH or APS is a bonus.

Formación

• At least 4 years within a CDM or H&S role.
• Experience working with Social Housing clients.
• NEBOSH Construction or Level 3 equivalent H&S certificate.
• IOSH or APS membership is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Support the process of limiting major and CDM-related risk during the design stage.
• Oversee London projects with limited site inspections (up to 2 per month).
