Job summary

Brandon James is recruiting for an Architectural Designer and CDM Advisor to support design teams in mitigating CDM risk. The role offers a flexible pattern, with office attendance once a week in London, and a family-feel culture.

You will work with Architects, consult on Design Risk Management, and possibly review Pre Construction Information and Construction Phase Plans, with some site inspections and a path to rewarding benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in an architectural role.
• Experience mitigating CDM risk and design stage CDM compliance.
• Membership with APS (AaPS or IMaPS) / IOSH (CertIOSH) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide Design Risk Management in collaboration with architects.
• Consult with in-house and external Architects on CDM matters.
• Collate Pre Construction Information and review Construction Phase Plans.
• Occasional site inspections to assess risk.
