The role focuses on accuracy and process, not strategy or analytics. You’ll manage file versions, flag gaps, and communicate clearly with colleagues to keep campaigns moving.

Qualifications

• Experience with file organisation and coordinating small project pieces.

Responsibilities

• Check assigned campaign requests against the team’s checklist.
• Place approved files where they can be found.
• Identify missing items and flag gaps.
• Verify destination links open and point to the intended page.
• Communicate with the responsible person to resolve gaps.
• Maintain the checklist and hand completed sets to the publisher.
