Mears Group PLC is seeking an experienced Business Readiness Analyst to join a major transformation programme migrating housing management functionality to our in-house platform. You will bridge operations and technical teams to ensure requirements are captured and delivered.

You will facilitate workshops, document business requirements, user stories, process maps and test scripts, support data migration and UAT, and help ensure compliance with housing legislation and policy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on business change, transformation or systems implementation projects.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Experience producing user stories, process maps, BRDs, FSDs, UAT scripts and gap analyses.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and managing competing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with operational teams and stakeholders.
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Document business requirements, user stories, process maps, workflows and functional specifications.
• Review and challenge current processes to support simplification and standardisation.
• Support solution design activities to ensure business requirements are fully represented.
• Work with developers, testers, project managers and operational teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist with data migration requirements, validation activities and business readiness.
• Support User Acceptance Testing including test scenarios, scripts and defect triage.
• Ensure requirements support housing legislation and operational policies.
• Maintain requirements traceability from discovery through delivery.
