You’ll be responsible for:
  • Working with colleagues, customers, managers and other stakeholders to identify, understand and clearly define business needs, challenges and improvement opportunities.

What you’ll bring to our team

You’ll be a curious and structured problem solver who is comfortable getting underneath an issue before jumping to a solution. You’ll be confident working with project managers, subject matter experts, operational teams, technical colleagues and suppliers, while keeping our tenants and the intended business outcome at the heart of your analysis.

What we’re looking for

You’ll be confident gathering and translating requirements, mapping processes, analysing information and facilitating discussions with a range of stakeholders. You’ll be organised, collaborative and comfortable managing competing priorities, with good digital skills and experience using tools to support analysis, process mapping, project delivery and collaboration.
