Job summary

TrueNorth® is recruiting a Business Analyst for a predominantly remote role supporting a government digital service that helps people nearing the end of life access essential financial support. The position involves collaboration sessions roughly every two months and occasional stakeholder visits in the UK.

Hubs include Newcastle, Leeds, Manchester, Blackpool, Sheffield or Birmingham, with a focus on improving digital journeys and making processes more accessible across government departments.

Qualifications

• Civil Service experience and experience working with stakeholders across government departments.
• Strong workshop facilitation and requirements gathering skills.
• As-is/to-be process mapping and business process improvement.
• Experience defining epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Agile backlog refinement and prioritisation.
• Confidence bridging business and technical teams.
