Job summary

Circle Recruitment is seeking a Digital Business Analyst for a Government client based in Manchester or Newcastle. The role is a 12-month contract, office-based 3 days per week with the rest remote.

You will translate business problems into detailed requirements, lead workshops, and work within an agile, strategy-focused team to deliver digital solutions. Umbrella arrangement under Inside IR35.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst in digital/technology projects.
• Ability to translate business problems into detailed requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Skilled at facilitating workshops, interviews, and focus groups.
• Ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate business problems and user needs into detailed requirements.
• Lead workshops, interviews and focus groups to understand business problems.
• Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships and ensure acceptance criteria alignment.
• Understand business processes and identify potential improvements.
• Model business processes to identify improvements using best practices.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and contribute to strategic discussions.
