Job summary

Circle Recruitment is seeking a Digital Business Analyst for a Government client based in Manchester or Newcastle. The role is a 12-month contract, office-based 3 days per week with the rest remote.

You will translate business problems into detailed requirements, lead workshops, and work within an agile, strategy-focused team to deliver digital solutions. Umbrella arrangement under Inside IR35.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst in digital/technology projects.
• Ability to translate business problems into detailed requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Skilled at facilitating workshops, interviews, and focus groups.

Digital Business Analyst

12 Months

£Market Rates/Day Inside IR35

Manchester or Newcastle

We are seeking a Business Analyst for our Government client based in either Manchester or Newcastle. This role will be office based 3 days per week and the remainder remote. The Business Analyst role will be an initial 12 month contract, paying between £500 - £600/Day Inside IR35.

This role is inside IR35 - Due to the service of the role it will now be based on an Umbrella solution.

Role Profile:

• The role will be on a strategy team, working closely with product managers, product strategists, solution architects, and other business analysts
• Working within a transformational multi-disciplinary team utilising agile methodologies
• Translate business problems and user needs into a set of detailed requirements to deliver value and great outcomes for our users
• Lead workshops, interviews, focus groups and utilise other techniques to effectively understand the business problems and user needs
• Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships, communicating effectively across both technical and business stakeholders and ensuring the understanding of requirements and acceptance criteria is aligned
• Gain a good understanding of the business processes and activities that impact and that are impacted by the product or service.
• Selecting the appropriate best practice techniques to model business processes, in order to identify potential process improvements
• Experience of working as a Business Analyst within digital/ technology
• Experienced in analysing and refining user and stakeholder requirements
• Experienced in identifying and building strong relationships with stakeholders
• Experienced in using a wide range of analysis techniques to understand the problem
• Able to identify improvements and make recommendations
• Experience of working on changes end to end from inception to delivery
• Experience of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and actively contributing to strategic discussions at senior level.
